Dolphin Coast Care is in the process of creating its own accredited caregiving training course. We will seek accreditation from the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and registration by SAQA for the course to be recognized as an NQF qualification.

All our current caregivers have been trained by recognized providers. It is mandatory for all caregivers to have at least 2 years of work experience in the industry prior to being employed by us.

 

We test our caregivers on knowledge prior to placement and provide refresher or supplementary training as required.
