Training School
Dolphin Coast Care is in the process of creating its own accredited caregiving training course. We will seek accreditation from the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) and registration by SAQA for the course to be recognized as an NQF qualification.

All our current caregivers have been trained by recognized providers accredited by SAQA. It is mandatory for all caregivers to have a minimum of 1 year's worth of work experience in the industry prior to being employed by us.
We test our caregivers on knowledge prior to placement and provide refresher or supplementary training as required.

Storm and Sophie, thank you for the outstanding professional care for my Dad. I cannot rate Dolphin Coast Care high enough. They provided compassionate care for my father with bad dementia. Not only did they go out of their way to keep good communication lines at all times but they were very supportive with an approach that made the whole family feel at ease.
