With all our care packages, a WhatsApp group will be established between your loved ones, your carer(s) and one of the Dolphin Coast Care managers. A daily update will be provided by your carer of your activities and overall well-being. 2. A free home care visit
We will visit you in your home to discuss your care requirements and to understand your situation. This will help us to provide you with personalized care and place you with a caregiver with a suitable skillset and compatible personality type.
3. A personalised care plan
We create a tailored care plan to suit your personal needs/preferences. We create a WhatsApp group for daily reporting to our managers as well as to your loved ones. We provide an ongoing managed care service - with you each step of the way.
